We want you to be 100% satisfied with your Optimus luggage, which is why we offer a 100-day risk-free guarantee with all orders. If at any time during these 100 days you decide it’s not for you, or if your luggage gets damaged and you want a new one, you can return it for a full refund or we will replace you a new luggage. No questions asked. Please follow the steps below:

  1. Submit your return request using the Contact Us form on our website.
  2. Shortly after, you will receive an email from contact@optimusluggage.com containing your return shipping label.
  3. Print your return shipping label and attach it to your shipping box with all the original packaging inside.
  4. Drop-off the luggage at your nearest FedEx shipping center.

After Your 100-Day Trial

After your 100-day trial is over, your luggage is guaranteed by a ten-year warranty. This covers any damage to the wheels, handles, or anything else that functionally impairs the luggage. If anything breaks, we will fix or replace it for you.
